Well here around my house in NYC i've seen them at Target and at 99 cents stores.Is E.L.F. cosmetics available in stores or just on line? I live in Southern California.?
they are available in stores...but i live all the way NY so i cant really tell you where...sorry but there is a store near me that sell them for like 2 bucks, but i think they only sell them in a few stores...Is E.L.F. cosmetics available in stores or just on line? I live in Southern California.?
