What retale store like Dior do with used cosmetic returns?
IF they accept them, they are usually returned to the manufacturer, who refunds the retailer for the amount of the item.

If you live in New York, you can find IMAN at Duane Reade or Target. I've heard of Iman being available at Walgreens, but I've never seen it in my branch of New England. If you have a Sephora in your area, call them. They have make up artists from many of the different companies that sell products in their store. If you call, you can make an appointment for a make over by a professional and they will give you whatever make up tips you want.
Another great place to go is your local M.A.C store or M.A.C. counter in a mall (Usually at Macy's and Nordstrom's) Again, call ahead, and they will schedule time for you to sit down with one of their artists for a make over. They will even give you a sheet showing you how to do what they have done to your face.
I would recommend you start with Sephora, because you will get to see all different brands, not just one.

You're in luck! Pretty much anywhere selling high quality makeup that has a makeup counter have experience professionals there. This could be Nordstrom's, Macy's, Sephora, or anywhere you think could meet this criteria. And the best part is, they want to sell you their product and keep you satisfied so you come back for more, so a lot of times, they'll give you tips for FREE. You can also have live chat on some makeup sites with people who work for the company. That works too. :] Good luck!

ive got them at a beauty supply store before for 20 bucks. it wasnt a sallys or anything it was acutally a pretty ghetto locally owned suppy store, they sold fake hair and relaxers and what not. i was the only white person in there... but hey they had some good stuff. so try that out.Where can i buy color cosmetic contacts at a store?

I live in Memphis and if you ddnt know, we are surrounded in those ';pretty ghetto'; beauty supply stores and the ones here usually range in prices from 17-20 bucks...I'm assuming since u want colored ones you've already owned some before, if u have get back w/me on some tips for putting those suckers in because I have bought at least 3 pair and never was able to put them in! There is no rose berry. Do you mean rose hip? There is a carrier oil made of rose hips, but not an essential oil. There is a rose (petal)essential oil, but it's very expensive. I'm not sure if they sell it in health food or herb stores, but those would be your best bet to try.
