They're an outlet that sells Estee Lauder brand makeup (including MAC, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Origins, and more) at a 30% discount. The price is the main reason, though they sell old limted edition (LE) and discontinued items.
For example, I went to one yesterday and in the MAC section they had items from LE collections Fafi, Heatherette, and Antiquitease, from Feb and March this year, and Dec last year. It's mostly overstocked items that the stores/counters can't sell any more because it's out of date and they have new collections, so they sell the leftovers at the CCO. The Cosmetics Company Store is the Estee Lauder brands outlet store. It carries the likes of Estee lauder, Prescriptives, MAC, Origins, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Flirt!, and more. They sell lots of discontinued limited edition items at around a 30% discount, many of the GWP sets, some great perfume sets as well, and if you are lucky enough, brushes!! :)
