I'm not sure about cosmetic stores there, I know there is a Claries, Icing, Hot Topic, and they sell make, not high- quality though.
If you make the drive into Austin, South Park Medows, the new shopping center there, has and Ulta, and Barton Creek Mall has a Sephora.Cosmetic stores at Prime/Tanger Outlets in San Marcos Tx?
